Classroom Struggle Oakland; other members of united caucuses of rank and file teachers
Sunday, 9:30 am - 12:15 pm -- Rm. E-255
Participants in this assembly will work towards common understandings of how teacher unions can be used as strategic structures to advance campaigns to defend and transform public schools into liberatory sites of education, while also supporting broader social justice agendas in the cities we are based in. We will develop ideas for how to create plans to grow and support the development of social justice teacher's union organizing throughout the country.
