Newly trained young learners, ages 12-23, will practice what they've learned as they embark on a journey to design and co-create a restorative justice/practices culture that they can incorporate into the everyday life of their school community. Workshop participants will take part in a Restorative Circle so they can experience one aspect of how Restorative Practices can create trust, healthy relationships and a safe space to have difficult dialogues and address tensions inherent in system change work. The presenters will also facilitate affirmation and group-building exercises, as creative ways to make connections.
