We are faced with deep concerns about how our lives have been shaped by root cultures mixed with power structures that continue to be detrimental to our individual health and collective well-being. These fundamental patriarchal structures of dominance are typically unaddressed as they fuse with our internalized cultures of dominance. We wonder, what has been the true toll of patriarchal dominance on all bodies, in particular on male bodies? How do we undo, heal, and move with wholesome, liberating action?
