Deep Center's Action Research Team, comprised of youth leaders, has developed a school-to-prison pipeline simulation based on the real, lived experiences of young people in Savannah, GA. Using popular education protocols, Deep youth will host a run-through of the simulation to test its power as a tool for organizers and educators, facilitate a conversation about its usefulness and relevance, and strategize about how it might be used and adapted elsewhere, especially throughout the South.
