Together a Part: Radical Grief for the Revolution

Everyday we live with the loss of loved ones and relationships, personal and political tragedies and environmental disasters. Despite its universality, we seldom make space for ourselves or others to engage with the emotional and physical benefits of grief, and yet the very survival of our species may be greatly influenced by how we overcome our aversion to this heavy emotion. Using a variety of experiential approaches, participants will consider the liberatory potential to normalizing grief practices, and explore mindfulness-based practices for exploring grief.
