Come learn how a Design Team made up of youth (age 13 to 19) and adults have co-created a plan for their own new public secondary school. The Team will describe and invite participation in the Restorative and Consensus-based design process that allowed them to pull it off. After telling our story, we will break out into small groups for participatory trainings in skills-sets that can be applied in the classroom, when creating a new school, or any time learning needs to happen in a democratic, just, and restorative way.
